Here is the latest SpaceX mission to the ISS. There is a very cool shot in this one showing the stage separation.

I think this mission was important as it shows NASA getting on board with re-usability. This launch reused a first stage and a dragon capsule.

This was the 4th reuse of a stage one rocket and second reuse of a dragon capsule. This was also their 20th successful stage 1 landing and the 16th consecutive successful landing.
