Default The Devil Finds Work For Idle, Fidgetty Hands...

Linky (Cred Warning - Daily Mail)

Quote:
An evangelical pastor has branded fidget spinners 'satanic' as they make youngsters perform a 'sign of the devil' with their hands.

Juan Mariano Avalos, of the Congregation of the First Christians in Paraguay, posted a sermon on Facebook about how use of the toys could lead to eternal damnation.

But his attack on the gadgets attracted widespread mockery, with one commenter pointing out that people make the same sign with their hands while drinking coffee.
In the video, the pastor holds up one of the spinners to show the different ways of using it.

He demonstrates how you raise your index finger and pinkie, creating a gesture used by heavy metal fans, which he calls the 'sign of the devil.'

The other finger position is just as terrible, Mr Avalos says, as you hold the spinner with your thumb and forefinger, holding up the other three and doing a '666' symbol.

TIMB, perhaps if you could express your opinions and stance on the same issue than citing alone, it would make better sense.

For that, you're going to have to wait for my book to come out, Azu.

Meanwhile, could I point out that, in my opinion, you are not contributing to discussions with this series of querulous interruptions, and that I will be ignoring you for at least a day.

If you consider my posts non-contributive and querulously interruptive - that is a matter of personal opinion for I have no intent in that. Then that's your problem. Feel free to ignore me as it makes no difference to me.
