Mod Note: Boris, as your new thread was simply a repeat of a talking point from this thread I have merged it.

It carries on from a point badly made here, in a thread closed for being "boring as fuck".

Perhaps, if they were joined, the scope of the discussion might be clear to casual readers.

As for the Chimp human thing - chimps are 98% human and they have now entered the stone age using and making stone tools and I watch a Bonobo lighting a fire and cooking his own food.
There, under your nose, is a "striking parallel" - bonobos and humans, not the same, going the same way, but remarkably similar.

But I know I am wasting my time with you - but my last word - Jews Christians and Zoroastrians have the same beliefs and worship the same god.

I am wasting my time trying to tell you people this - but none the less its true.
How are Zoroastrians on transubstantiation, trinitarianism, and the divinity of Jesus? How does this compare to, say, Catholic doctrine?

As mentioned enough times to make every reader hurl their Weeties, the Boyce text you draw upon refers to common input material, and there is a disclaimer. Boyce was cautious enough not to claim both religions were identical at any time: that takes a special kind of boldness.

There is also the matter of divergence in the long time since.

As for dolphins and fish - as my personal friend Richard Dawkins often says - all living things are related.
If your criteria are that loose, you yourself may as well be an ichthyosaur or a bikini-clad shark.

Mind you, such a rubbery rubric would go a long way to explaining some of your other claims.

Ask your personal friend to explain next time he's over for a barbie.

So you keep saying.

You have my sympathy, but no free kick.

Mod note.

Thread closed because it's boring as fuck.

I might remember to open it in a few days.

Seems I didn't remember.

I'll merge all this profound intellectual discussion into one great big intellectual discussion. For intellectuals......big ones.

For fuck's sake, you silly man.

You've made your assertion, been proven wrong, and now you are back with an argument about a single word, as if that might somehow vindicate your addlepated assumptions.

To cap it off, you are again strawmanning me.

You cannot read for context, Boris, you can't quote except in small, carefully-selected, bursts, and it also appears your argumentum ad populum is suffering for overuse.

I cannot take you seriously.

Regarding your capital-lettered spittle-spray: Bullied?

Who offered to sue?

Who implied they'd make me give a different answer if we met in person - I am guessing you meant violence, as your verbal persuasive skills don't appear to amount to much.

Really, do you think you are suddenly going to become right if you can yell the loudest and the longest?

The moderators, poor bastards, have put your argument to rest three times, and you have revived it yet again.

I wonder what you expect to gain.
