Nearly forgot - Discount/Outlet shopping is UNDERNEATH the nearby Hilton Hotel on South Warf. If you need an additional wooly coat, go there during a tea break. I replaced some socks I forgot to pack last year in under ten mins.

In Feb, the need for fluffies would probably be limited, poddie-cat.

Hey, I always bring something warm just in case to a theatre or lecture hall - the venue pumps up the aircon to balance out the number of people, and if you're not comfy in a seat for a few hours, it doubles as a back-cushion.

Canines have a higher metabolic rate, and besides that, the presence of billions of hominid apes tends to counter-act the cooling effect of the air-cond!

Besides, puppies need their walkies [friend Praxis took the puppy for a walk last GAC. She needed shoes and I bought a shirt for the dinner. One should not sit for hours anyway.

Anyway, I am one of the great unwashed [Silver Tickets], so it is easier to slip away at the back if crowds get too much. Or I could bring a bone to distract myself with. Or maybe a tome. Mel-BUN actually still has bookshops.

If you keep worrying that bone like that you'll go blind.

Stop worrying about his bone. I'm sure he has it well in hand. Or something.

Only just realised it's on and had to hurriedly buy tickets! Obviously I haven't been paying attention!
