Default Perfection

Many people say that there's no perfection as it is a delusion or improvements and betterment are a constant. I strongly disagree. I argue that perfection is possible. When perfection is reached, there's no more further improvement. While perfection may not exist yet, it is absolutely possible to achieve perfection.

Perfection in what? Define perfection.
Perfection in anything whether it is a design of an object, practice of justice, social cohesion, human body and so on.

Perfection in my definition is a state of being or thing that has zero susceptibility to deterioration, zero adverse impact upon its users or affected ones and is multilaterally advantageous and beneficial to multiple, different users as well as to oneself. Perfection also means something absolutely and universally delightful that meets most subjective expectations of many different individuals. I'll expand later.

(My bold.)
Who are some of these "many people", and where are some examples of what they are saying regarding perfection?

I can vaguely remember from the past but I do not remember precisely the names or groups of such people. Examples of perfection haven't existed yet and my imagination of something perfect is still obscure but worthwhile exploring, rediscovering, translating/materialising and testing out through design.

So, let me get this straight: You are disagreeing with something you don't remember and cannot cite?

What a convenient strawman to launch a brave disagreement!

ETA: Presently, your argument needs perfecting.

I remember the statement itself that 'perfection is a delusion' but not the proponents. That's the difference. You only asked who proposed that statement.

The point is, I want to propose an argument that "perfection is possible".

Well, then, go for it.

Do you propose to argue for an ephemeral state of perfection, subject to entropy, or an immutable one?

I propose to argue for an immutable one.
This should be interesting.
